[DUPLICATE] [Demon Hunter][Vengeance] Soul Fragments forming too close when available space is halved

Bug description: Soul fragments tend to be formed too close to character when the available space is tight, or there are obstacles nearby. For ex. if the character is too close to a wall, it halves the space available for the fragments but... Instead of forming them on the opposite side, it tries to form the fragments between the character and the wall. This impacts the control of soul fragments with Vengeance spec as the closer fragments automatically consumed even if no spell is used or no movement done. Tanks have to have (and did in retail) full control of when the fragments will be consumed.

Since you firstly mentioned such an issue in this report that you made, there is no need for two topics of similar issue. Adressing the formation of fragments in tight places in one report would've been enough, with proof.
Regarding the general issue with both Havoc and Vengeance Soul Fragments that is currently in progress as you can see here, the issue with autoconsupmtion in certain moments is already adressed.

Also, if you're referring to retail, you also need to bring proof from there as well.
