Bug description: Spirit Bomb/Soul Cleave/Soul Barrier are not consuming Demon Soul.
Proof: https://youtube.com/watch?v=pS-epPnZers:

- at 0:50 and 3:00 you can see he uses Soul Cleave and Spirit Bomb which consumes Demon Soul and increasing his damage done. Right now you can only consume it by walking over it.
