[Demon Hunter][Vengeance] Soul Fragments seems exceeding cap limit

Bug description: Sometimes soul fragments seems to exceed 5 cap limit.

Confirmed.
As of the hotfix for Shattered Souls that you can see here:

Quote:

When Soul Fragments are created that exceed the cap of 5 active fragments, the oldest fragment is now automatically consumed if it is within 60 yards of the Demon Hunter. If it is more than 60 yds from the Demon Hunter, it despawns.

This works correctly when you're fighting on single target or on AoE (dummies or mobs with more HP). But as soon as you're on AoE and mobs start dying, and they drop Soul Fragments, the Fragments start to add up and exceed the 5 Fragment cap.
