[REJECTED] Class hall questline and scouting map bugged

Hi, I think my character is bugged
I transferred from another server years ago and i dont remember much about leveling up this character at all
I'm trying to do the monk class hall questline but after I finished the quest that gave me fist of the winds, nothing else showed up in the class hall and ive been running around trying to find something but there is nothing there
My scouting map is also bugged as I can't choose a location to go quest in, for unlocking world quests.
Please help me.

^ This was the quest i finished. After handing this quest in, nobody else in the class hall had a quest for me.
