Bug description: Sylvanas is not spawned at the objective location - retaking the quest has no effect. Orgrimmar gates are weirdly phased - currently dueling is impossible, right after requesting a duel the forfeit countdown starts no matter which person requests first.

So for the issue about duels and the quest, please firstly abandon the quest, then log out, unstuck and delete cache, and then log back in. It could be that your character was phased from before. After that, take the quest again, see if the visibility with Sylvanas gets fixed. If it doesn't, try to /target Lady Sylvanas Windrunner. She should be there, I tested the quest myself but maybe she's somewhere in the texture. Let us know about the results.

Right so the results are as follows:
- Abandoning the quest, logging out, unstucking and deleting cache gave no results whatsoever.
- Retaking the quest did not 'spawn' her.
- /targeting gave no results prior to abandoning, deleting etc. neither did it afterwards. As if she does not exist in the area.
- No visual changes in the area as far as I'm concerned.
- Dueling is still impossible.

You somehow managed to start 2 different versions of this chain, one is completed and this one is still in progress.

Open a ticket ingame and ask a GM to add/complete/reward the following quests for you:
