Bug description: The item does not drop from the boss in Court of Stars, it instead drops from the final boss in Cathedral of Eternal Night (for me it dropped on Heroic).

PS: This is a known bug as I've noticed it reported several times - and the info provided here is supposed to help those stuck on the quest.

The quest item should have a 100% dropchance for both bosses according to our database. On what difficulty did you try it in Court of Stars?

Ah, didn't think to check on the website database, apologies. I only checked the forum.
Also I did the Court of Stars on M4, as I couldn't find / make a party for M0 at the time.

As far as I'm aware, quest items never drop in M+. I just checked the quest on m0 difficulty, and the questitem dropped from the boss in Court of Stars.
