Hello,
So, we were doing m+5 dungeon and we finished past time, but we got no loot either way, we thought it was bug, and i was only getting downgrade, so we tried again m+4 and finished in time, but as soon as we killed the last boss the counter reseted and it was like we didn't killed any boss neither mobs

It's a visual issue that was reported here and it's confirmed. What you needed to do in order to complete the dungeon is kill a few more mobs after the last boss.
