Bug description: I am not really sure but holy shield should block the damage of dots, the dots on felhounds of sargeras smouldering and Decay. It works fine on the smouldering one but it looks like it does not work on the Decay one. Not really sure if its just the one dot, or shadow dots overall.
Proof: Overall data on some pulls on mythic felhounds of sargeras: https://gyazo.com/b5cc451d12b8e46f3b2a8633445749d4 - Smoldering shows blocked value just fine

It isn't supposed to block decay according to retail logs https://i.imgur.com/Yu5gwNE.png . Rejected
