Bug description: Arbiter is ignoring dmg reduction effects. As u can see on first screenshot arbiter is doing same dmg as in second one with feint up with elusivness which should reduce dmg taken by both by 30%. Its also ignoring versatility dmg reduction part as you can see in other 2 screenshots.

Confirmed , Dark Arbiter is ignoring damage reduction in PvP .
