Bug description: When elemental blast is launched 2 times at once due to elemental overload, you sometimes doesn't get 2 buffs. Like 2000 of haste and mastery or something. Idk if it's intended when rng gives me haste buff 2 times and it just overwrites first one, resulting i get only 2000 haste. maybe if its intended you're not supposed to get 4000 haste i guess which sucks.

this is normal , you are just unlucky and elemental blast gave you the same buff 2 times.and the same buff doesnt stack
