In short bugs you encounter in this bossfight are:
-Sometimes way more adds spawn, sometimes they spawn correct.
-Sometimes boss doesn't move after decimate, making it a wipe if adds spawn too close and people not kill fast.
-Sometimes it kicks classes out of the void phase (saw it happen with rogues multiple times)

Bug behaviour is so random that u have like 50/50 chance of encountering a normal or a bugged fight.

I've fixed the number of adds if you have another issue please make a separately report
