Bug description: Stage 6 of the scenario, Mastering the Odds, which requires you to kill Portal Master Jorvinax does not complete upon his death alongside the Master Fel Stone not being present at this area, which automatically prevents stage 7 from occuring or finishing the scenario. The quest itself is stated as completed and ready to be turned in, but due to the scenario not progressing past stage 6, you cannot turn it in.

I have done the scenario several times and the only time I experienced your bug was when I killed him too quickly.
Heartstone out, abandon quests, delete cache and retake the quest in dalaran and redo the scenario but kill him slower
