Bug description: No grappling hook on other side of broken bridge. No way to cross. I see on next to me but not one to use to get to the other side where the quest objectives are. Tried running then jumping to other side and fell to my death every time.

The hook is there, that was a phasing issue becasue the Assault was active in Stormheim when you wanted to do the quest.
