Bug description: noone can't see my name in roster of guild and can't chat and left . i wrote ticket in game GM said clear cache and did it but didn'r work my hero name in game nozomii

yeah i relog .and it's happen 5 days ago and still me and other guild member can't see my name in roster.i can't chat and left guild
it's just for this character

Rejoin the guild/or another guild and put a screenshot with chat timestamps when you type something.

that is problem i can't do anything for 6 days .i can't chat . i can't leave and i wrote ticket in 6 day u said always relog , clear the cache , wait untill restart . i did all of them and didn't work. i really need u help

Interesting thing is your character is in the guild, but you don't appear in the roster while you're online. Can you check something first, might be absurd but see if you may have put yourself on the ignore list. I recently had a similar issue with someone and that was similar to the issue you're having now.
