Bug description: the portal for new dalaran does not appear, both in orgrimmar and in stormwind the portal to dalaran does not appear, I already uninstalled and installed the game date twice and even then the portal does not appear, how do i get to dalaran now?

The portals are there, you probably didn't level up or you didn't complete the Legion Intro questchain. Check that, if it doesn't work, reopen your report and provide proof next time.
