[REJECTED] Dalaran Postmaster Questline is bugged

I got disconnected mid quest in Priority Delivery for Postmaster so I didn't get the Invincible's Reins quest item and I even tried abandoning the quest but now I can't even redo the quest anymore can you either reset the questline for me or mail me the Invincible's Reins quest item?

Could you please provide a screenshot?

We can't do anything without it, since you didn't even provide your character name.

As you can see there is no portal and there is no quest as I said earlier if you just give me the quest item its gonna work because in the quest destination you can just give it to the quest guy (P.S. I have this encumbered status now and it won't go away no matter what I do I'll be happy if you do something about that too)

Edit: nevermind the latter bug seems to have been fixed
