[REJECTED] Unfixed bug moved to fixed bugs

The bug isnt fixed, i tryed to do arcway to kill the rat king several times, i did when they said is fixed for the first time, i did after the first restart, 1 week later, I did yesterday hc and 2 days ago m0 and i never saw the mob.

1. Wrong section.

2. The mob is available only during the dungeon world quest, which is not scripted atm and that's a different issue.

3. That fix just made the npc to appear as dead while the world quest is not active. https://i.imgur.com/tDqCFsP.png
