Salut,
Am 3 conturi pe freakz, fiecare cu cate 1-2 caractere.
Nu am mai intrat pe server de cateva luni si acum, cand am incercat sa intru la joc, am observat ca, desi conturile sunt active, nu mai am nici un carcater, pe nici un cont

S-a dat wipe?, s-a intamplat ceva cu realm-ul pe care aveam eu conturile?
Sincer nici nu stiu pe ce realm erau conturile...
ma puteti ajuta? va rog... sunt membru Freakz de foarte multi ani...

Singurul realm e Felsong (Legion 7.3.5), iar daca ai intrat pe acest expansion n-ar trbeui sa ai caractere sterse. Caracterele nu se sterg. Ai putea sa verifici pe site https://www.wow-freakz.com/character_list.php daca sunt acolo caractere sterse, se pot recupera cu conditia sa fi fost level maxim.
Daca ai facut share la account e posibil sa ti le fi sters altcineva.

am verificat pe toate 3 conturile la "lista caractere" si pe nu am nimic.
Nu am dat conturile nimanui...

mai exista o alta varianta de joc ?

Doar trcerea de la Pandaria la Legion a fost cu clear DB (nu mai existau characters), dar tu spui ca ai intrat acum cateva luni, ceea ce inseamna ca le aveai pe Legion facute.
Orice character sters apare acolo pe site si se poate recupera, cu conditia de a fi level maxim. Daca indeplinesti aceasta conditie, caracterele tale nu pot fi sterse de tot niciodata. Daca erau caractere sub level 110, probabil nu vei fi ajutat si va trebui sa te reformezi.
In orice caz, ar trebui sa trimiti un PM unui GM cu acces la conturile tale sa investigheze mai departe.

Da, cred ca pe MoP le aveam. Dar din cate tin eu minte, cand am intrat ultima oara, in septembrie 2019 aveam toate caracterele acolo. Dar sincer sa fiu, nu stiu daca era Mop / Pandarian sau Legion

Sa inteleg ca nu se mai poate face nimic si o sa incep de la 0 ?

MoP a fost inchis in Decembrie anul trecut, din pacate nu iti poti recupera acele caractere. Poti insa sa migrezi pe Legion daca nu ai alte conturi/caractere existente.

Poti migra cross realm (adica de pe Genesis pe Felsong) daca nu ai alte caractere pe realm-ul de Legion. Faci cerere de migratie aici.
