Characters Deleted?

As the title says, my old characters were deleted for my account!!!

I stopped playing less than a year ago and just wanted to come back, but when I logged in, in the realm selection screen I saw Felsong with a (2) on the right, but when I clicked connect and got into character selection screen none of my character were there.

Im missing a lvl110 worgen mage and a lvl110 blood elf demon hunter and i think i can provide further information.

If they can be restored ill be so grateful!

If the characters were level 110, you can go to our website and restore them yourself if they somehow got deleted.

I cant see them in the list, just the char i created just a minute ago.
I've checked beforehand the character list from the website and there wasn't any characters either

What were the character's names? And what is the character name of the new one that you made?

I cant remember well but i remember doing mythic dungeons and having the red skin on the caster sword artifact at least with the mage.

Then it's probably a different account. Did you perhaps use a different account to play those other characters? Also without the names of them, we can't really do much.

I think the mage's name was Siv
I still dont understand why in the realm selection showed i had 2 characters on that realm, but when i choose that real turned out i havent had any

Siv wasn't the name of your mage.

If you can't really remember any further correct details/ exact name of the chars, we can't really help you.
