[REJECTED] [Paladin][All] Divine Shield not working sometimes

Bug description: As stated in the title, Divine Shield does not work at all sometimes, yet the CD is activated. I have made a collection of screenshots below in many situations together with the combat log and the CD on Divine Shield clearly visible.

It depends when you use it,if you are using at the same sec as you are about to die yes there is a chance to go on CD and that is latency related,also divine shield can get broken by one shot mechanics,right now there is only 1 bug about it and it is ret related with DI.Rejected.
