[DUPLICATE] [Monk][Brewmaster] Expel Harm

Bug description: Orbs are spawning you can collect them by walking over them but you cannot Heal yourself trough Expel Harm cause Expel Harm is not collecting the Orbs nearby. Also it should shows the Number of nearby orbs but sometimes there arent any Orbs to collect. So overall in this dungeon i only healed myself by walking over the Orbs and not trough Expel Harm.

At 2:20 you can propably see it the most clearly. Iam pressing V in my Bars before dying but nothing happened.

I experienced the same bug many times on my Brewmaster Monk aswell

The orb is literally right next to u but u cant collect it throu expel harm its annoying
