Bug description: On Portal Keeper Hasabel Antorus Raid dificulty= LFR / on the green portal the Npc ( lady Dacidion ) casts (felsilk web ) and has too many health.. players aventualy die (2bilion + of life.. Boss life)

That ability is supposed to be cast and it works as intended it requires a heal cooldown when it is up,also HP is scaled based on the size of the group if you think it is wrong bring proof of freakz vs retail comparison but so far there wasn't any issues with bosses having incorrect hp.Rejected.
