So on my elemental shaman, i opens relinquished trinket and it gives me Velen's Future sight as elemental.
I already had legendary Kil jaedin so is that works like that way and im rip? T_T

This is a known issue and sadly applies to legendaries as well. We're sorry but we can't make up for it, however the issue is confirmed here and will be looked into.
