Bug description: issue with legendary drop chance
Proof:

kinda a weird post. i dont know if there is anything like this already made (my searches for "legendary" "leggo" "drop chance" etc all came up with nothing found)
so on my main ive farmed maybe 5 or 6 legendaries from essence alone and not gotten a SINGLE legendary via drop.
my dh alt (i dont play this that much, apart from daily rdf/emmisary weekly alt mythic/alt hc antorus) has gotten 4 legendaries, all via essence. this is his FIRST 4 legendaries. not a single legendary via normal means (what i can remember atleast)

ive done almost every daily rdf, emissary, EN raids, NH raids (admittedly not many tos) and antorus on every diff apart from lfr (dont do lfr every week) and yet i havent gotten a leggo drop in over 5 weeks.
i understand not doing everything so i dont get it in like 6-8 days but this is over a month of 7.3.5 of doing multiple raids, dungeouns, wq's, emmisary caches etc on 2 chars where i have not had a SINGLE legendary drop normally in a very long time.

now here is what is weird: a guildy (his char name is Whops) has gotten 6 leggos in under 2 days /played. im not even kidding. he believes (not sure if he read this somewhere, and if he dead please send me a link) that any char made pre 7.3.5 has like 0% chance to get a leggo no matter what. im starting to believe him in all honesty.

please advise because there is something seriously wrong here. check my char or something because there has to be a problem somewhere. (name argolath / purpletats)

I have a leggo yesterday from tos hc 3rd boss, waiting 5 weeks for that drop, i buyed 5 leggos in that time, it seems we are "unlucky" at current BLP system

There's nothing wrong with the legendary drop rate you're just unlucky.
