could not equip legion legendarie item

Bug description:
I was equipping lengendarie shoulder item with my priest but after changing it by mistake with another shoulder i can't equip it back

Can you please try to unequip all items, then unstuck and delete your cache folder. When you log back in, try to equip everything back including the legendary.

I've tested the legendary myself with various sockets and it seems, at least for me, that they are causing the issue. Even with the order hall advancement that allows me to wear two legendaries.
Going back to another post that was made in May, seems that the issue is caused by the same thing- 200 gems.

What I can advise you that helped me, is to socket the legendary with lower gems (100 or 150).
