Bug description: quest starting area
Proof: Durotan near frostfire ridge where starts a quest telling you to go to a city friendly. the one orc that is outside should complete the quest when he sees you but it doesnt happen and you just pass him without finishing the quest. Please fix that, its important because whole draenor is buged!!!!

Make a proper bug report next time.

Since Draenor is not yet scripted completely, I recommend doing bonus objectives for it.
