Error 134 wont go away.

Hi i just downloaded the new launcher again. after a brake - but i cant enjoy the game at all i keep getting is the 134 error with tmp and C==SUCCESS.

i have tried everything the forum has offered.

language is set to english, i have deleted all tmp files and all other wow folders and files.
running as admin, read only off, redownloaded and deleted the cache folder, sometimes i get to play for like 1-15min then i get the C==SUCCESS 134 error, rest of the time its just tmp 134 error on launcher start up.

im really stuggling here.
