Bug description: This is not an exploit. Soul Burst is only cast when all the Restless Soul are dead or the boss reaches 15%, whichever occurs first. If you have a Druid, they can Entangling Roots to prevent one of the Restless Soul from moving and have the boss do nothing until 15%.

Interesting, the link that you provided cannot be opened at all. In any case, there was an exploit ofc at Amalgam, but the exploit was about using a CC on a soul and he become dummy until he died.

This is not an exploit lmao, this is an actual blizzlike mechanic and this is exactly what Cho said, its blizzlike that boss is a dummy after you CC a soul. Check the proof link in above, if thats not enough there are plenty of MDI videos of people doing that, do your research before you report "exploits".

Right now it's works correctly, after reaching 15% boss casts Soul Burst, no matter that Restless Souls are still alive.

Idk what you even on about? He was always casting the spell, unlike you we don't do low keys where boss dies in 30 seconds. I have no idea when at what % he was casting, but he always did it.

It currently works fine on live @Zarathos, so what fix did you actually ship to live? the boss always force casts burst at 15% HP like he should....
