[REJECTED] [Monk] [Windwalker] Hit Combo/ Combo strikes vs SOTWL and Chi wave

Bug description: If you cast the ability A then SOTWL or Chi wave then ability A again your hit combo and combo strikes are removed even though you casted another ability inbetween
This started to happen today after the afternoon restart (22.06.2020)

You can see I cast

Blackout kick -> SOTWL (artifact) -> Blackout kick and my hit combo stacks are gone

and

Blackout kick -> Chi wave -> Blackout kick and my hit combo stacks are gone

Here is a list of what abilities can be used to generate/fill for hit combo: (it's from start of legion but nothing changed since then regarding this)

We are aware of the issue, the mastery / hit combo system received a full rework and was released on live by mistake.

We will revert it asap.
