World ping super high, can't raid

Hey, my world ping goes to thousands whenever my group pulls something in raids and sometimes even in dungeons, my internet is working fine and i get no lag with any other game or whenever i'm questing alone. Used to play freakz before and never had this problem. Tried reinstalling already but still have the same issue, would appreciate if someone knew how to help

It's a problem related to your ISP, you should get a better one. When you pull more mobs or when you are near multiple players -> the number of packages increases and your connection has trouble to handle everything.
