Bug description: Lightning Bolt Overload from Power of the Malestrom deals 75% of Lightning Bolt damage. It should act like normal Lightning Bolt Overload.

Yep one overload hits for 95% as it should and one hits for 75%

Confirmed, the overloads from Power of Maelstrom are not doing enough damage, might be caused by it not being affected by https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191647&&name=master-of-the-elements, in any case there is a issue.
