Bug description: My scenario for full might of the elves quest is bug right now all NPC are stop moving in stage one what am i support to so now?? someone help me i am stuck in stage one.also some NPC disappear in the middle of fight.

You didn't link the quest, nor provide proof of the bug.

Please firstly try to abandon the quest, unstuck your character and delete your cache folder. Then log back in and try again. If the same issue still happens, please make a new report with link and proof.
