Vote Items / WoW Shop Items

Hi, I couldn't find any info on the forums but is there a way to transfer vote items or WoW Shop Items between characters?

For example I would like to delete my mage and make a new char but my mage has 11 crates (some bought from shop some earned by voting) is there a way to transfer them to my new char?

That's not possible unfortunately. No items can be "switched" regardless if they're obtained by voting or from the shop.
