I just saw 2 people get muted for 10,000 minutes for "using global as personal chat", can a staff member please tell me what this means? I dont want to be muted for having a conversation in global chat. Is that what it means ? We cant have conversation with others? Thx

Those people are getting constant mutes each week for insults on global or for using it as a " personal chat" that's why they got that amount. This means you should not talk on global about things that are not wow related or about your personal issues with another player instead of using whisper.
