Please keep in mind that the items are not PINNED, you can modify this build as you wish , but overall for the best single-target results use 50% haste cap for t21 close to 65% for T20 , the haste cap is very important!!!

Note on how to use the actual builds :
For m+ keystones (fortified week) i suggest using t21 build with 40-45 % haste with the following talents : Warmachine/Shockwave/Avatar(if you use a trinket like Terminus/Glaives/Terrorbound)[wrecking ball if you intend to use belt + legs on adds without a damaging trinket]/Bounding Stride/Frothing Berserker/ Bloodbath/ Reckless Abandon. The 40-45% haste build should be kept at bosses because you're gonna need it , while on big/medium adds pull i suggest using mastery heavy gear with versatility for a bigger trinket damage and for the increment gained while enraged.
For m+ keystones (tyra week) i suggest using t20 build with 45-50 % haste with the following talents Warmachine/Shockwave/Avatar/Bounding Stride/Frothing Berserker/Inner Rage/ Reckless Abandon mostly for the boss encounters , while for add pulls same as above mastery heavy + versa gear
When it comes to raids :
On single target encounters i suggest using t20 build (if you have high ilvl pieces 955+) only swap warmachine for Endless rage and shockwave to double time (if the shockwave is not needed). Bosses :Garothi / Imonar /Hounds . At Antoran / Eonar always wear t21 with a 20% haste or even less and lots of mastery gear and ofcourse use warmachine and bloodbath talents. As for the portal keeper i suggest using only war machine and keeping the inner rage for higher boss damage , either if you use t21 or t20.

P.S. : Massacre talent ring is only viable if your guild has low single target dps (no donors in the raid playing as dps , or below 2-3 )
