Bug description: As you can see Rip and Rake hit for extremely low damage on brewmaster monk,all 12 hits on Rip for the 24 seconds duration hit for arround 5k normal 10k crit there cant be so long damage reduction effect,and direct damage ability like Brutal Slash hits as it is supposed to,so its not stagger.....

feral is broken for more than 2 weeks now from the least we know

feral armor is lower than normal in pvp

bloodletter frailty not working on bleeds

rake artifact lowering causing ferals to lose damage after respawning in bg, if you have 53% mastery, you can lose 53% damage on bleeds in pvp

Yes,but even with all the bugs damage is too low,might be issue/exploit on the BM monk side.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

For the time been i will leave this issue on hold, and actually check from the monk side of issues, since feral related (leaving aside the issue where mastery ceases to work) there shouldn't be any issues regarding damage loss, specially considering that most defensives are bypassed by effects such as bleeds right now.

Maybe it has to do with stagger, not sure, will see what i stumble uppon.

After looking further into the issue, is not by the side of feral whatsoever.

As for if something is broken, you have to consider that the player had concordance (versatility buff), ontop of ironskin brew ontop of constantly purifying his/her stagger, which by default will lower your dmg output towards that player by 40%, ironskin brew is an additional 35%, and thats without taking into consideration versatility, or the fact of him/her removing stagger often.

As such this will be rejected.
