[Demon Hunter] [Havoc] Nemesis vs Chaos Cleave

Bug description: Chaos cleave double dips from the nemesis damage increase (first increases the damage of chaos strike then the damage of chaos cleave is increased again by nemesis)
Proof:
On freakz no nemesis: https://streamable.com/scp6c0 - we see chaos strike hit in total for ~1.68M and chaos cleave for 167.9k so 10% of the damage
On freakz nemesis: https://streamable.com/pgrhmh - we see chaos strike hit for ~1.93M and chaos cleave hits for 241k dmg. Now 1.93/10=193k damage. But if we multiply by 1.25 we get 193k*1.25=~241k which is what we got so chaose cleave is increased (so chaos cleave deals 12.5% of chaos strike damage in total not 10%)

We can see that he casts nemesis on the boss at 1.45 seconds in the fight here : https://prnt.sc/t9pxbg

Then at ~5.5 seconds (so nemesis is applied to the boss) we see that he hits the boss with anihilation (chaos strike in meta) and we have the following results: https://prnt.sc/t9pxon

FIrst anihilation hits for: 1900885 dmg and then chaos cleave hits for: 190086 dmg (so 10%)
Second anihilation hits for: 1476058 dmg and then chaos cleave hits for: 147605 dmg (so 10%)

On retail we see that chaos cleave deals exactly 10% of chaos strike damage even with nemesis applied

Don't really know if it is related but even on the description of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=236237&&name=chaos-cleave it says in the attributes that it ignores damage percent mods

Can confirm. Sometimes for an example in BRH on the last boss when I crit for ~4M Annihilation, Chaos Cleave goes up to 700k.

Learn to make a proper forum post, learn to research, do math and understand spells yourself. This is a proper report unlike yours, assumptions and useless comments won't get you anywhere.

Here you can see that Chaos Cleave does indeed benefit from Nemesis, whilst warcraft logs show that it shouldn't.
