[DUPLICATE] [Paladin][Holy] Beacon of Virtue (Precast)

Bug description: In Legion (and even in BFA) you could precast a heal, like Flash of Light before using the spell Beacon Of Virtue and that first heal would've tranfered to everyone with the beacon. This doesn't work on Freakz and it's a bit problem for Paladin healers since it cancels a total of one AoE Heal when the paladin doesn't really have many others and therefore making it unbalanced.
