Bug description: After taking a loading screen like entering a dungeon, having the 2P T21 and Greater Judgment as talent, if you throw judgment at the first mobs it will do far lower damage. Re-equipping the artifact weapon however, fixes this bug. It doesn't happen if Zeal is talented but only with Greater Judgment as talent + 2P T21
