[REJECTED] Monk ClassHall Quest - Before the Storm - Stck at Phace 6(Last part)

Bug description: The Crystal teleporter that should teleport you to the wandering island(monk quest hall) is missing in the last part of the quest, and disables you from completing it or geting the artifact weapon, also the legion content is locked before this quest

Ive tried the guide and the debug solutions in this link https://forum.wow-freakz.com/ALL-CLASSES-Artifact-Weapons-Questline-Guide-t474557.html#monk that GM's insistently provided, but after leaving the quest, log off, clear cache, relog and retake que quest, tue problems continues to happen in the last part.

Also I must mention that if u get past phace 1, and u log off or tp out, retaking the quest makes u get stuck at phace 1 everytime u try redo the quest untill the next server reboot, an issue that I posted here: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Monk-ClassHall-Quest-Before-the-Storm-stuck-in-phace-1-invis-wall-t586578.html

Tried for like 3 days in a row to redo it and even with the 2 reboots that happen during that time I wasnt able to see the teleporter on phace 6

THIS QUEST IS A REQUIREMENT IN ORDER TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE ARTIFACT WEAPON AND THE LEGION CONTENT, WITHOUT IT YOU'LL BE STUCK AT 98 OR WITHOUT ARTIFACT WEAPON
