[Shaman] Wind Strike isn't working with Static Cling / Ride the Lightning / Forked Lightni

Bug description:

When you Use Ascendance (ID: 114051) and you cast Wind Strike (ID: 198292) it doesnt apply any of honor talents mentioned above.
This bug need to be fixed asap, since Enhacement Shamans are missing a big burst potential in pvp. They are in a really bad position vs facing any other class. Since this is the key honor talent row, it must be working well with Ascendance build.

Also, dont forget, Wind Strike should work like that with Static Cling and Forked Lightning too.

On the video below you can see it works when Stormstrike is being used in duel and BG. But you can also see it is clearly not working when Wind Strike is being used. Not working in duel or BG.

You can clearly see that all of three Honor Talents mentioned above ( Static Cling / Ride the Lightning / Forked Lightning ) should work with Wind Strike also...

Confirmed, Windstrike is not synergizing with pvp talents that affect Stormstrike (Windstrike is just a replacement for Stormstrike once you enter Ascendance )
