[DUPLICATE] [Nesingwary's Retreat] A Hunter at Heart - NPCs don't respond

Bug description:
Nesingwary's Retreat is located on a little camp northeast of Trueshot Lodge in Highmountain in The Broken Isles.
The mission giver is Hemet Nesingwary (there are 2 Hemet Nesingawarys overlapped), then I should talk with another NPC (Addie Fizzlebog [this time there are 3 NPCs overlapped]) I click on the NPC (any of the two) but the chart just say "Greeting", it should show some dialogue and a label to interact, then the NPC should follow me but it does not and I kill the mobs the mission require but it doesn't show any progress on the quest.
I think it is the first of some quests that lead to an upgraded rank on Skinning, I fear that maybe all the quests were damaged.
