[DUPLICATE] [Druid][Feral] Predator Not resetting nor adding Duration

Bug description: there were fixes done to the spell after reporting it, there were no Duration added after killing a target which has a bleeding buff, and the cooldown of the spell does not reset.
after the fixes nothing changed
