Bug description: it say that when u stay in your Consecration will increase effect by 20% but now it increase only 9%

The increase is multiplicative not additive so 45% * 1.2 = 54%. So it works fine

As mentioned the modifier is multiplicative and not additive,math on prot paladin is completely right so don't waste time checking it.
