WoW frozen in background

Sooo after a while i decided to reinstall the game but when i tryed to start the game, the game didn't open. I tryed to add the louncher to the firewall excepcion list, changing my internet settings, uncheck the read only option, chenge the config files and still nothing. I downloaded the full server without avast and windows defender, running the game in admin mode and nothing. Ohh after adding the exception, i run the game as admin and i choose the lenguage, the game run but it was stuck for like 5 min in black screen and after close again. Can someone help me please?

Solved it at least i'll post an guide on what i did in case any1 want to try doing the same.
