Bug description: is like useless....is donated and hits like 7 10 milion in 500 700 milion dps. is there a problem with him ? should i change for another ?

The trinket is working fine, just because it doesn't do 20-30% of your total DPS the same way Khaz'Goroth does for warriors doesn't mean it's bugged or anything.

Check some warcraft logs and you can compare retail numbers vs. freakz numbers.
