Bug description: On 25 Mythic+ Fortified Nal'Tira has with 300M more HP than on retail. And this is just an example , this is happening with every boss/instance. From my calculations it has with 125% more HP than it's supposed to have.

Indeed, it's a problem with Fortified HP scaling!
