Bug description: Hi, I've been doin alchemy for a long time, doing flasks or porlonged potions, many of them by farming bloods and herbs from brokens islands and didn't get my rank 3 recipe for any of them. Is it bugged or it's just my RNG bad af? Thanks! Appreciate it.
PS - I was talking about 1300 agi/str/int flasks and 1950 flasks.

It seems that the rank 3 recepies are in fact bugged, created like 10 000 rank 2 flasks(different ones) and didn't get an upgrade on either of them.
