Creation of general chat brazilian our latin

I think it would be a good idea to create a general chat for Brazilians and Latinos, we have a little ploblem to communicate because the general chat can only be in English and we ended up talking in Portuguese we're in need since we're growing in players.

There is a global_es chat (ask the Spanish players the exact name for it). It's not an official server global channel with support from our staff, but you can chat there.
