How can I get the Dark Phoenix mount?

For the last couple of days I've been seeing a lot of people that have the Dark Phoenix, and I asked some of them where they have it from. Some told me it's from the guild vendor when you get exalted with the guild, some told me you need Guild Glory of the Cataclysmic Raider (the same says on the site as well, but the achievement has been completed by 0 guilds on the realm), a guy told me it's from an achievement in Pandaria, and another told me that you can only buy it from an alliance vendor.

I am really confused. I really like the mount, but I don't know how I can get it, and neither does global chat. Can someone help me?
